1 Sheet - Puff Pastry
1 - Egg
1 Tbs. - Water
1/4 C. - Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 C. - Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
1/4 C. - Parmesan Cheese Powder
2 Tbs. - Chives (Dry)
1/2 Tbs. - Johnny’s Garlic Season
Thaw pastry sheet at room temperature for 30-40 minutes. Heat oven to 400 degrees, then line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir the egg and water in a small bowl, mix together the cheeses, garlic season and chives. Unfold the pastry sheet on some wax paper and brush it with the egg mixture, top with the cheese mixture and start rolling the pastry from the short side and roll it up like a jelly roll. Cut into 20 (½ inch) slices. Place slices cut side down on the baking sheet and brush with more of the egg mixture. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, serve warm or at room temperature.
