Pumpkin Bread

2 C. Flour
1 C. Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 C. Pumpkin Pie Filling
½ C. Shortening
2 Eggs
½ C. Raisins
1/3 C. Chocolate Chips
1/3 C. Cinnamon Chips

In the kitchen aid or with a hand mixer cream the shortening and sugar, add in the eggs and pumpkin and mix until smooth. In a mixing bowl stir together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. When the pumpkin mixture is smooth slowly add in the flour mixture and stir until well combined, then fold in the raisins and chips. Put into a well greased bread pan and bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes, or until a tooth pick comes out clean. Let sit in the pan for 10 minutes then remove to cool on a wire rack.
