Dunkin Donuts Bites

1 Can Pillsbury Home Style Buttermilk Biscuits
1/2 C. Heavy Cream
3 Tbs. Sugar
¼ C. Pumpkin Pie Filling
½ Tsp. Vanilla
½ Tbs. Cinnamon
½ Tbs. Nutmeg
3 Tbs. Powdered Sugar
2 Quart Sized Zippy Bags

Heat oil in a deep fryer to 320 degrees, in the mean time, open the biscuits and take them out of the can. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and roll each piece into a ball, placing them onto a plate until you are ready to fry them. In a quart sized zippy bag place 2 Tbs. sugar, cinnamon and the nutmeg, close the bag and mix together. When the oil is ready cook about 6-8 balls at a time, just make sure to not crowed them in the oil. Cook them for about 2 minutes while constantly moving them around to evenly cook. When the first batch is done take them out of the oil and drop a few at a time into the cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar mix, close the bag and shake to coat. While the second batch is cooking place the powder sugar into the other zippy bag, when the second batch is done take them out of the oil and let them drain for a moment on paper towel then shake them in the powder sugar. Cook the last batch of bites and when they are done let them drain and cool while you make the pumpkin filling.
For the pumpkin filling place the heavy cream, sugar and vanilla into a bowl, either using a hand mixer or a kitchen aid beat until soft peaks form. Once you have soft peaks add in the pumpkin pie filling and beat until you reach stiff peaks. Once the filling is ready and the bites have cooled fill a piping bag fitted with the tip that comes to a point and inject it into the bites filling them until you can see the filling coming out of the hole.
