1 - 15.5 oz. - Pinto Beans (drained)
2 - 15oz. - Black Bean (drained)
1 - 15.5oz. - Chili Bean (drained)
1 - Stalk Celery (diced)
1 - Medium Onion (diced)
1 Tbs. - Garlic (chopped)
1 - Bay leaf
¼ Tsp. - Rosemary
1/8 C. - Liquid Smoke
1 - 4oz. - Can Green Chiles (drained)
Mix all ingredients well in a slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove the bay leaf and serve over or layered with rice. Serve with hot sauce on the side.
